Microwaved Kabocha Squash with Mayonnaise
- 1/6 Kabocha squash
- 2 slice Ham or bacon
- 1 Mayonnaise
- Slice the kabocha into 5-6 mm slices.
- Place them radially in a heatproof dish with lid.
- Cut ham into 7 or 8 mm x 2 cm squares.
- Cover the kabocha with ham squares, then squeeze mayonnaise on top.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and microwave for 5-6 minutes.
- Good for relish, too.
