Compuesto Salad
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can jalapeno bean dip
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 avocados
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lg. can black olives, drained and slice
- 2 tomatoes, diced and drained
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- Tostitoes or chips
- Mix refried beans and jalapeno bean dip together in bottom of large bowl.
- Sprinkle onions.
- Sprinkle avocados with lemon juice and mash.
- Spread over previous ingredients.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
- Spread over previous ingredients. Sprinkle Monterey jack cheese and Cheddar cheese over.
- Top with shredded lettuce.
- Serve with favorite chips.
