Baked Salmon with Tomatoes, Spinach & Mushrooms

  1. PLACE salmon fillets, skin sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Mix spinach, tomato, mushrooms and dressing until well blended; spoon over salmon.
  3. Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 min., or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  4. BOIL pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  5. Place garlic and olive oil in pot.
  6. Add pasta back in, stir.
  7. SERVE each person evenly divided salmon and pasta.
  8. Add 8 fl oz CRYSTAL LIGHT to each person's meal.
