Garlic Potato Crisps
- 2 medium red potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste (can use garlic salt)
- olive oil flavored cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Coat a baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- Slice the potatoes super-thin, arrange slices on the baking sheet, then coat'em lightly with olive oil spray.
- Sprinkle with the garlic powder, bake for 10 minutes or until brown and crisp-- then enjoy!
