Mile-High OREO Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
  3. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Cool completely on wire rack.
  6. Scoop out center of brownie with spoon, leaving a 1-inch crust around edge and thin layer of brownie on bottom.
  7. Reserve removed brownie pieces.
  8. Pour milk into large bowl.
  9. Add dry pudding mixes.
  10. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  11. (Mixture will be thick.)
  12. Stir in half of the whipped topping and all but 1/4 cup of the reserved brownie pieces.
  13. Spoon into brownie crust; top with remaining whipped topping and remaining brownie pieces.
  14. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  15. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
