Anna's Salsa W/ Avocado
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (4 ounce) can jalapenos, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 12 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 avocados, diced
- In blender, pulse the tomatoes for 2-3 seconds, pour in serving bowl (you don't want it to be runny).
- Add all other ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to marry flavor.
- Serve.
