Cornbread Dressing

  1. In large baking pan, break biscuits and cornbread into small bits.
  2. Add baking powder and poultry seasoning.
  3. Simmer celery and onion in chicken broth for 30 minutes.
  4. Add to dry ingredients. Add cooked sausage to mixture.
  5. Using mixture of 1/2 turkey broth and 1/2 water, add to mixture until moist consistency.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Taste and add seasonings, as needed.
  8. Bake at 425u0b0 for 1 hour.
