Chicken-Cheese Crepes

  1. Cheese Sauce:
  2. Melt butter; stir in flour and salt.
  3. Add milk, water and chicken granules all at once.
  4. Cook and stir on medium heat until thick and bubbling.
  5. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
  6. Stir in cheese, parsley and pepper sauce (to taste).
  7. Remove 1 cup of sauce mix; set aside.
  8. Stir mushrooms into sauce.
