Mini Taco Salad Appetizers

  1. Brown meat in medium skillet; drain.
  2. Return meat to skillet.
  3. Stir in 1/3 cup salsa; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Arrange chips in single layer on platter; fill with lettuce, meat mixture, remaining salsa and cheese.
