Liver Sausage Recipe
- 1 pork liver
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 quart. corn meal mush, white
- Boil liver till tender.
- Grind very fine.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Mix with cooked mush.
- Pack in covered container and chill.
- Serve on crackers.
