Liver Sausage Recipe

• 1 pork liver
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 quart. corn meal mush, white

1. Boil liver till tender.
2. Grind very fine.
3. Add in salt and pepper.
4. Mix with cooked mush.
5. Pack in covered container and chill.
6. Serve on crackers.
