Macaroni With Italian Sauce Goulash Recipe
- 1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 pound grnd meat
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- Garlic salt
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Cook macaroni according to directions on package, set aside.
- Brown grnd meat, add in onion, green pepper to meat.
- Cover and cook slowly till onion and pepper are wilted.
- Add in garlic salt, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add in sugar and tomato sauce and cook covered for about 30 min.
- Mix with cooked macaroni.
- About 6 servings.
