Lemon Lime Bars

  1. Line a 9x13 pan with foil, leaving an overhang around the edges.
  2. Spray the foil.
  3. Prepare the crust: Cream the butter and sugar until light.
  4. Combine the flour and salt.
  5. Add to the butter mixture until just mixed.
  6. Dump onto a well-floured board and gather into a ball.
  7. Flatten the dough and press it into the prepared pan, covering the bottom and a 1/2-inch edge on all sides.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 350F Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, until very lightly browned.
  10. Allow to cool on a wire rack, leaving the oven on.
  11. Prepare the filling: Whisk together the eggs, sugar, zests, juice, and flour.
  12. Pour into the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the filling is set.
  13. Let cool to room temperature.
