Honey Dijon Cream Sauce

  1. Reduce cream by 1/4 (over medium-low heat, stirring frequently so it doesn't burn)
  2. Add remaining ingredients except for cornstarch.
  3. Bring to gentle boil and thicken to desired consistency.
  4. Salt and white pepper to taste.
