Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 lb bulk sausage
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 12 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease or spray 9 inch pie plate.
3. Brown sausage and onion, drain.
4. Stir in salt.
5. Spread sausage in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
6. In a bowl, stir together bisquick, milk, and eggs.
7. Pour mixture in pie plate.
8. Bake approximately 25 min, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
