Herbed Pork Roast

  1. In a large oven cooking bag or resealable bag combine the first eight ingredients.
  2. Add roast, seal and turn to coat.
  3. Place bag in a shallow roasting pan.
  4. Refrigerate over night, turning bag several times.
  5. If using a cooking bag, make several slits in top of bag.
  6. If not remove roast from plastic bag and place in roasting pan.
  7. Pour marinade over roast, cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours
  8. or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
  10. I leave mine in the frig for a couple of days it increases the flavor.
