Josey Packards Autumnal Old-Fashioned

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon simple syrup
• 2 1/4 ounces Lairds bonded applejack
• Scant 1/2 ounce Demerara simple syrup
• Dash of Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-aged bitters
• Orange peel

1. Build ingredients in old-fashioned glass, add ice, swirl and garnish with orange peel.
