Chicken Taco Bowl
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Flip over 12-cup muffin pan.
- Spray both sides of 4 tortillas with cooking spray.
- Press into spaces between raised cups to form bowls.
- Bake 15 min.
- ; cool.
- Combine chicken and dressing; spoon into tortilla bowls.
- Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
