Liver Burgers Recipe

• 1/4 pound grnd liver
• 1/4 pound grnd beef
• 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• Dash of pepper

1. Mix all together and fry till done.
2. (I use all liver instead of grnd beef.)
