Monkey Bread
- 2 can Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits (16.3 oz can)
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Heat oven to 325F
- Lightly grease fluted tube cake pan
- In large food storage bag.
- Mix granulated sugar, cinnamon
- Cut 16 biscuits into quarters.
- Shake biscuit quarters in food storage bag to coat with sugar and cinnamon.
- Arrange coated pieces in pan.
- Mix melted butter or margarine with brown sugar.
- Pour butter mixture over biscuit pieces.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in center.
- Let cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn upside-down onto serving plate.
- Pull apart and enjoy warm.
