Mummy Cupcakes

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package; stir in cookies.
  3. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  5. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
  6. Cool cupcakes in pans 10 min.
  7. ; remove to wire racks.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Beat pudding mix, milk and sugar in large bowl whisk 2 min., stir in Cool Whip.
  10. Spoon into pastry bag fitted with basket-weave tip.
  11. Pipe pudding mixture onto tops of cupcakes.
  12. Add chocolate chips for the eyes.
  13. Keep refrigerated.
