Frosty Lemon Ice Cream Sandwiches

  1. LINE the bottom of a 9" (2.5L) square pan with wax paper and graham wafers, completely covering base of pan.
  2. BLEND ice cream and lemonade, mixing well.
  3. Pour over graham wafer base.
  4. Cover with remaining wafers.
  5. Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  6. COMBINE melted chocolate chips and butter and spread evenly over top graham layer.
  7. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares or bars with warmed sharp knife.
