Dark Cherry Walnut Rum Cake

  1. Combine and sift flour,cocoa,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt
  2. After sifting,proceed to combine the sifted ingredients and chocolate pudding
  3. Combine walnut and cherries
  4. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  5. Sprinkle chopped cherrywalnut over bottom of pan.
  6. In a mixer,mix all cake ingredients together.
  7. Pour batter into pan over next to cherrywalnut.
  8. Bake at 350 or 160 for 1 hour.Do not over bake!
  9. Boil for 4 to 5 minutes,stirring constantly.
  10. Turn off flame and pour in brandy or rum.
  11. Stir to combine and reheat for 30 seconds.
  12. Remove cake from oven.
  13. Immediately drizzle 1/3 of the glaze on the bottom (top) of the cake.
  14. Allow to sit for five minutes.Invert the cake onto a serving plate.
