Italy Meets India, Pasta With Vegetables And Curry

  1. Cut the vegetables in very small pieces
  2. Heat the olive oil and fry the potatoes and onions for a couple of minutes
  3. Add the carrots and fry for a couple of minutes
  4. Add the zucchini and fry for a couple of minutesnook the pasta
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
  6. Season with salt and pepper and curry
  7. Add the cream cheese and the cooked pasta
  8. Serve with a little bit of parmeggiano on top and chili if you like
  9. Enjoy
