Apple Cake
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 or 5 peeled and sliced apples
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. raw apples, chopped
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 sticks melted margarine
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) jar crunchy peanut butter
- 1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bar wax
- Mix all together, except chocolate chips and wax, and then form into little balls.
- In a double boiler, at the top, melt 3/4 bar of wax and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Dip 3 or 4 balls at a time with a fork in the wax and chocolate mixture.
- Place on wax paper to dry.
