Greek Capellini

  1. Cook capellini, drain.
  2. Wash and cut broccoli into small flowerets.
  3. Coat skillet with vegetable spray; add oil.
  4. Over medium heat, add garlic; saute 1 minute, add broccoli; saute.
  5. Stir in broth and Greek seasoning.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Stir in tomato and capellini.
  8. Simmer until heated.
  9. Add olives and pepper, toss. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with Feta.
  10. `Contains 3.6 grams fat per serving.
