Apple And Coffee Brownie

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170C.
  2. Grease and line a baking pan, 20 cm x 20 cm.
  3. Peel and core the apples, cut into slices, and set aside.
  4. Beat the sugar with the butter until light.
  5. Add the egg yolks and mix well.
  6. Add the flour, cornflour, baking powder, and cold coffee and mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  7. Add the apples and mix again.
  8. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
  9. Transfer to the baking pan and cook for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
