Whole Wheat Blueberry Brownies
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries
- Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another bowl except berries.
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth, then fold in berries. Pour into baking dish and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center came out clean.
