Coconut-Cream Cheese Pound Cake

  1. Cream
  2. butter,thortening and cream cheese.
  3. Gradually add sugar,
  4. beating
  5. well at medium speed.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating
  7. after
  8. each addition.
  9. Combine flour and soda. Add salt. Add
  10. to creamed mixture, stirring just until blended.
  11. Stir
  12. in coconut and remaining ingredients.tour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  13. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  14. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
  15. Remove from pan and let cool completely on a wire rack.
