Apple Crisp With A Kick Of Xocai Healthy Chocolate
- 6 whole gala apples FILLING cored and diced, medium diced
- 1 cup steel cut oats FILLING
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries FILLING
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate FILLING Xocai Activ powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon FILLING
- 1/4 cup brown sugar FILLING
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter FILLING melted real unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla FILLING
- 1/2 cup milk FILLING
- 1/2 cup flour TOPPING whole wheat if you would like
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons sugar TOPPING
- 1/4 cup rolled oats TOPPING
- 2 chunks dark chocolate TOPPING Xocai Protein Bars, chopped
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine filling ingredients and mix then together and place in a greased casserole or baking pan.
- Mix topping ingredients to make a crumb topping consistency, like small peas.
- Sprinkle over the top of the filling mixture, and then bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are soft.
