Keilbasa Pasta Casserole
- 1 package kielbasa Polska
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard Coleman's-little yellow tin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 ounces egg noodles uncooked, cooked according to package directions
- 2 cups peas frozen baby, thawed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut sausage into 1/4" slices; set aside.
- In large bowl, combine sour cream, chicken broth, onion, ground mustard, salt and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in sausage, cooked noodles and baby peas.
- Pour mixture into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Cover and bake 25 minutes.
- Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through.
