Chicken And Rice
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
- 4 to 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. raw Minute rice or long grain brown rice
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
- cut up chicken breasts
- Mix soups, rice, chestnuts, pepper and onions.
- Put half of the margarine in the dish and add mixture.
- Salt and pepper chicken pieces on top and pour margarine over that.
- Bake 2 1/2 hours at 250u0b0.
- Turn chicken over halfway through baking.
- If needed, add 1/2 can of milk or water to soup as needed.
- Cover with foil the last 30 minutes.
