Caesar Salad Wrap
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- ground black pepper
- red wine vinegar
- 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese
- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- 2 corn tortillas
- lettuce
- Parmesan cheese
- In a bowl, blend the oil, egg, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, mustard seeds, garlic, and a pinch of salt and black pepper and a few drops of red wine vinegar. Add the cheese and mix well.
- Place the dressing in the refrigerator.
- Season the chicken with salt and ground black pepper and coat it with egg and breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the chicken in vegetable oil.
- Heat the tortillas and place a base of lettuce on top of each. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the breaded chicken, Parmesan cheese slices, and Caesar dressing on top of the lettuce.
