Pig Mac Tartare
- pork tenderloin As needed, small diced
- black pepper As needed, ground
- hawaiian bread As needed
- sesame seeds As needed
- baby romaine lettuce chiffonade, As needed
- sesame oil As needed
- butter flavored olive oil As needed
- flower petals As needed
- bawang goreng To garnish
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar golden
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1/2 cup fennel chopped
- 1/4 cup dill chopped
- 1 cup Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 cup canned tomatoes diced, drained
- For the 2,000 Island Dressing: Boil water and vinegar and pour over garlic, cucumber, fennel and dill. Stir and let cool then mix in kewpie mayo and tomatoes.
- Toss the tenderloin with 2,000 Island dressing and pepper.
- Cut Hawaiian bread into rounds, toast and top with sesame seeds.
- Toss baby romaine chiffanade with seasame oil and olive oil.
