Pig Mac Tartare

  1. For the 2,000 Island Dressing: Boil water and vinegar and pour over garlic, cucumber, fennel and dill. Stir and let cool then mix in kewpie mayo and tomatoes.
  2. Toss the tenderloin with 2,000 Island dressing and pepper.
  3. Cut Hawaiian bread into rounds, toast and top with sesame seeds.
  4. Toss baby romaine chiffanade with seasame oil and olive oil.
