Grilled Chicken Breasts Flavoured With Orange Cream
- spaghetti for side dish
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- chicken breasts
- salt to taste
- 1 lemon juice
- butter as needed
- 1 orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- Start by boiling the water for cooking the spaghetti with the vegetable bouillon cube.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and lemon juice.
- In a non-stick skillet, with 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter, grill the chicken breasts.
- When golden, remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, pour in the orange juice mixed with cornstarch and thin strips of orange peel.
- Stir, and add a teaspoon of honey.
- When the sauce thickens slightly, remove and pour this sauce over the chicken breasts.
- Serve with the spaghetti al dente.
