Classic Latte
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee strongly, or 1 ounce espresso
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee strongly, or 1 ounce espresso
- 1 cup whole milk
- cinnamon for sprinkling
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee strongly, or 1 ounce espresso
- Pour milk into a saucepan set over medium heat. Cook until steam rises from the surface and milk just begins to bubble around the edges. Do not boil.
- Transfer milk to blender pitcher and use the frother/beater blade of your KitchenAid(R) 5-Speed Hand Blender to create foam. Keep the blade toward the surface of the milk and move it up and down for thicker foam.
- Pour milk into a mug and top with foam. Pour coffee or espresso into mug and enjoy.
- Pour milk into a saucepan set over medium heat. Cook until steam rises from the surface and milk just begins to bubble around the edges. Do not boil.

- Fill a small coffee cup 1/3 full with coffee or espresso, 1/3 full with milk and the remaining 1/3 with foam.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.

- Pour milk into a mug and top with foam. Add chocolate syrup to the mug.
- Pour coffee or espresso into the mug, stir and enjoy.
