Creamy Baked Seafood Casserole, A Yummy Treat For All!
- 8 shrimps
- 5 scallops
- 1 handful meat Clam
- 2 tablespoons chopped bacon
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 bay leaf dried
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cream Bulla
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch parsley flakes
- 1 pinch salt and Pepper
- Remove scallops from shells. Dispose the gills and clean thoroughly. Make sure you scrub the shells well if you are using them for display.
- Remove the shells from prawns keeping the tails and devein. Rinse.
- Preheat oven at 200u0b0C for convection oven. Heat oil and butter in pan. Sauteed garlic and bacon till fragrant.
- Add seafood, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and transfer to casserole when they are about half cooked. Top with cheese.
