Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce

  1. In large iron skillet, on low heat, add oil, onion, pepper and celery.
  2. Fry gently until onion turns.
  3. Add tomatoes and blend in other ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer 50 to 60 minutes.
  5. Continue to simmer to thicken or use 1 teaspoon flour and water.
