Barbecued Meat Loaf

  1. Mix all ingredients except the barbecue sauce.
  2. Spread mixture evenly in loaf dish, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
  3. Spread the barbecue sauce over the meat mixture.
  4. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 12 minutes; rotate the loaf dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until center is no longer pink, 13 to 16 minutes longer. Remove to serving platter.
  5. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Top with additional barbecue sauce if desired.
