Sunshine Salad
- 10 1/2 ounces peaches apricot pie filling
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 4 1/2 ounces frozen whipped topping carton
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 22 ounces orange slices mandarin, drained
- 15 ounces pineapple chunks drained
- 1 bag frozen strawberries or cleaned fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup marshmallows tiny
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- In large bowl, combine pie filling, condensed sweetened milk, whipped topping, and lemon juice.
- Reserve several mandarin orange slices or strawberries for top of dessert.
- Fold remaining mandarin orange slices and strawberries into pie filling mixture along with pineapple, marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and coconut.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
