Marinated Grilled Pork With SautéEd Cabbage

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade and place slices of pork in the marinade. Refrigerate the pork for 1 hour or up to overnight.
  2. Heat griddle and place the slices of pork on the heated griddle. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on how thin the pork is sliced.
  3. Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and place the cabbage, onion and garlic. Saute until the onion is clear and the cabbage is wilted. Add the parsley and the tomatoes and continue to saute for another minute or two.
  4. Combine all of the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the cabbage and toss.
