Chicken Alfredo
- chicken
- Alfredo sauce
- pasta
- broccoli
- yellow bell pepper or Red
- frozen peas
- Boil the chicken breast in water for 15-20 mins
- In a separate pot, start boiling the pasta
- Cut up the broccoli & bell pepper
- Defrost the peas
- Start cooking the bell pepper in a large pan with olive oil. The broccoli can either be added to the pan also, or it can be steamed in a separate pot.
- Once these veggies are starting to cook & soften up, add the peas too
- Dump the whole jar of sauce in with the veggies and stir it up
- When the chicken is done, cut it into pieces and add it to the sauce
- When the pasta is done, strain it and add it to the sauce too, then mix it all evenly together
- Serve with some parmesan cheese & crushed red pepper flakes sprinkled on top
