Chicken Alfredo

  1. Boil the chicken breast in water for 15-20 mins
  2. In a separate pot, start boiling the pasta
  3. Cut up the broccoli & bell pepper
  4. Defrost the peas
  5. Start cooking the bell pepper in a large pan with olive oil. The broccoli can either be added to the pan also, or it can be steamed in a separate pot.
  6. Once these veggies are starting to cook & soften up, add the peas too
  7. Dump the whole jar of sauce in with the veggies and stir it up
  8. When the chicken is done, cut it into pieces and add it to the sauce
  9. When the pasta is done, strain it and add it to the sauce too, then mix it all evenly together
  10. Serve with some parmesan cheese & crushed red pepper flakes sprinkled on top
