Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and the peanut butter with an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Stir in the egg and the brown sugar with a spatula.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter / egg mixture. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Mix the chocolate chunks to the dough.
  7. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  8. Form balls of dough about the size of a walnut. Place them on baking sheet, flattening them a bit and making sure to leave enough space between them.
  9. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  10. Once out from the oven, place the cookies on a wire rack to cool.
