Easy Potato And Ham Corn Chowder

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan; saute potatoes, yellow onion, carrot, and celery for 5 minutes.
  2. Add green onions, chopped ham, chicken stock, heavy cream, and Lipton Herb & Garlic Soup Mix.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as small can (or frozen) of corn.
  4. Additional chicken stock may be needed.
  5. Cook on low heat until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
  7. Serve with sliced French Bread or Parmesan crackers.
