Ham And Pork Casserole

  1. Brown meat, drain. Cook vegetable until tender, drain.
  2. Add cream of celery soup to browned meat and simmer together until heated through.
  3. Pour meat/soup mixture into greased pans (six 9 x13-inch).
  4. Layer cooked vegetable over meat layer.
  5. Boil water for potatoes. Remove boiling water from stove and add instant potatoes and blend well.
  6. Add beaten eggs to potatoes, mix well.
  7. Spread potatoes over vegetable layer. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over each potato layer.
  8. Conventional Oven: Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or Convection oven: Bake 300u0b0 for 20 minutes
