Easy Baked Or Panned Salmon Recipe
- 4 slices salmon
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- white pepper
- dried chilli optional
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Marinating:nirst for better taste marinate your salmon in all the ingredients. nut all ingredients in a freezer bag and mix all well and add your salmon.neave in your fridge for at least 30 min but you can also prepare it in the morning for deeper taste and better time planning.
- For your salmon - you have 2 options how to prepare your salmon. nemove the skin of the salmon for a more even cooking time.
- Oven:nf you wish to bake your salmon then set now your oven for 180 C. When your oven is heated up place in your salmon and cover with all remaining sauce and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Pan:neat your pan on medium/low heat and pan fry your salmon from all the sides. Until done your way. It takes about 6 minutes for medium well and 10 minutes for well done but still juicy inside.
- Serve with potatoes and vegetables (my favourite is mashed potatoes with spring onions).
