Best Burritos
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 c. water
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 8 large flour tortilla shells
- 1 c. (no salt) tomato sauce
- 1 c. taco sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded taco cheese
- 1 c. sour cream (optional)
- Brown hamburger; add taco seasoning and water.
- Let simmer. Heat refried beans and warm tortilla shells.
- Mix tomato sauce with taco sauce and spread 3/4 cup of this mix on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Set aside the rest of sauce mixture.
- Fill each tortilla shell with 1/3 cup each of cheese, meat mix and beans.
- Fold shells burrito-style and line them up in pan.
- Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Before serving, spread sour cream on top.
