White Mousse Cake

  1. In each case the directions are the same just the flavor is different.
  2. Follow the directions on package for cake using 2 (8" or 9") cake tins.
  3. Follow directions for mousse.
  4. Use for filling between layers of cake (refrigerate).
  5. Mix 1 package instant pudding with 1 cup cold milk until thick and creamy.
  6. Fold in Cool Whip.
  7. Use for frosting.
  8. Keep in refrigerator.
  9. Can also use white with chocolate, chocolate with white.
