Black Bean And Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Put all ingredients, except chocolate, into the blender.
  3. Blend at speed 5 for 20 seconds, or until you get a smooth cream (the mass stays liquid but is normal).
  4. Pour batter into a rectangular pan, greased and dusted with cocoa powder, and lay the pieces of chopped chocolate on top.
  5. Put the cake in the oven for 35-40 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool completely before unmolding.
  7. Decorate it as you like.
