Wild Rice Casserole

  1. Wash wild rice and drain.
  2. Put in 3 cups boiling water and let stand 15 minutes; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, brown meat and onion in butter.
  4. Combine with remaining ingredients and rice.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake, covered, at 375u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours in 3-quart casserole.
