White Chocolate, Lemon, And Hazelnut Brownies
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 9/16 cup white chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 lemon juice organic, and zest
- 6 5/8 tablespoons hazelnuts
- 2 eggs
- 7/8 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 egg white
- 1/4 lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Toast the hazelnuts in a skillet, then rub with a cloth to remove the skin, chop with a roller.
- Melt the butter and the white chocolate together, in a water bath, or double boiler.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar, add the melted butter/chocolate mixture, then add the zest and the lemon juice, mix. Finish by adding the flour and the hazelnuts.
- Pour the batter into a silicone baking pan or a baking pan line with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool on rack.
- Mix icing sugar and egg white with a fork, add lemon juice. Mix.
- Frost the cake, wait 30 minutes before cutting it.
