White Chocolate, Lemon, And Hazelnut Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Toast the hazelnuts in a skillet, then rub with a cloth to remove the skin, chop with a roller.
  3. Melt the butter and the white chocolate together, in a water bath, or double boiler.
  4. In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar, add the melted butter/chocolate mixture, then add the zest and the lemon juice, mix. Finish by adding the flour and the hazelnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into a silicone baking pan or a baking pan line with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
  8. Mix icing sugar and egg white with a fork, add lemon juice. Mix.
  9. Frost the cake, wait 30 minutes before cutting it.
